The ₹50 review fee pays for a registered doctor to read your record. Donations are separate and optional. Neither buys a prescription.
The ₹50 fee pays for
- A registered doctor reading your saved record
- English, Hindi, and Odia intake on this device
- Failed or duplicate Cashfree charges, if we can confirm them
Neither fee nor donation buys
- A prescription, a signature, or a particular medicine
- A faster place in the doctor queue
- A diagnosis from the software
- A refund because a doctor edited or declined to prescribe
Rule 01
Cancelling a report
Close the tab before you pay. Nothing is charged until Cashfree checkout succeeds. After ₹50 is paid, the fee is for review time already owed — not for a signed prescription.
Rule 02
Review fee refunds
The ₹50 fee is ordinarily not refundable once Cashfree shows a successful payment, including if a doctor edits the draft or does not prescribe. We refund a documented duplicate charge or a payment Cashfree confirms as failed after debit.

Donation refunds
Donations are voluntary and ordinarily not refundable once Cashfree shows a successful payment. We will refund a documented duplicate charge or a payment that Cashfree confirms as failed after debit.
Rule 04
How to ask
Use Contact Us. Include the mobile number used at checkout, approximate amount, date, and any Cashfree / UPI reference. We reply on working days, Odisha time.
Rule 05
If we refund
Approved refunds return by the original method through Cashfree. Banks and UPI apps usually post them within 5–10 working days. We do not take card numbers on this site.
