Hey AI Doc is a structured intake desk in Odisha. Software organises what you say. A registered doctor decides. These terms describe that split — they are not medical advice.

  1. Clause 01

    Who this is for

    Adults 18 and over. You use it on your own behalf. If you write about someone else, you confirm you may do so. Minors are not accepted.

  2. Clause 02

    What the product does

    You describe a health problem in English, Hindi, or Odia. Hey AI Doc organises that into a record. A registered doctor working for TeC reviews it, may edit it, and may sign it. Nothing is a prescription until that signature exists.

  3. Clause 03

    What it is not

    Not an AI doctor. Not a diagnosis engine. Not emergency care. Not a pharmacy. Not a promise that a doctor will prescribe a specific medicine, or any medicine.

  4. Clause 04

    Emergencies

    If this is urgent — chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, collapse, seizure, stroke signs — go to the nearest hospital or call 108 / 112. Do not wait for a signed record.

  5. Clause 05

    Your session

    You do not need an account. The report stays with the browser session on this device. Losing the device or clearing the session can lose access. Staff accounts are separate and for doctors and admins only.

  6. Clause 06

    The doctor's role

    A registered medical practitioner claims a pending record, reviews it, and may approve and sign it. Another doctor may see it until it is claimed. An admin cannot sign a prescription.

  7. Clause 07

    Unsigned preview

    Until a doctor signs, any preview is unapproved and not for legal or pharmacy use. Do not treat a blurred or unsigned draft as a prescription.

  8. Clause 08

    Review fee

    After you finish a report, a ₹50 Cashfree fee is due before a doctor reviews it. Paying does not buy a medicine, a signature, or a faster queue. The record stays hidden until that fee is paid and a doctor signs.

  9. Clause 10

    Fair use

    Do not submit false identity, spam the queue, attempt to obtain controlled medicines by deception, or use the service if you are not 18. We may refuse or stop a session that breaks these terms.

  10. Clause 11

    Limits

    Hey AI Doc is provided as a technology layer that structures intake. Clinical responsibility for a signed record sits with the signing doctor. TechWebster is not liable for delay, device loss, or decisions you take from an unsigned draft. Indian law applies. Disputes: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

  11. Clause 12

    Changes

    We may update these terms. The date at the top of this docket is the current issue. Continued use after a new issue means you accept it.
